RE:RE:Gold & Silver are hot! Interview with Prof. Torsten Dennin!Everything, even something that's been artificially depressed, will overshoot it's true value initially and then settle at what is reasonable.
There are so many metrics either side for true price discovery but around $80 silver is what I'm expecting as a sustainable level. It's so difficult as it has had the boot of the bullion banks on it's neck for so long, could be more. Either way FR will be absolutely puking cash at anywhere near those levels.
Interestingly the Mexican tax authorities could have inadvertently triggered CFO's of mining companies to pause large CAPEX budgets on future silver mines/production in the country at a time where silver demand looks to be growing exponentially, most likely causing even further tightness in supply going forward.
Regarding the deal, Neumeyer is a master at finding untapped value in existing projects, always has been. It was an unexpected and interesting move - looks like the market is also in agreement.
