BTB Real Estate Investment Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based real estate investment trust (REIT). My recollection was that the main reason the AFFO was so high the last few years was because they were constantly selling properties and upgrading them with new ones.  This led to significant periods where they had cash on hand that was not bringing in any return. It seemed like they started to turn the corner at the end of 2019 and then of course Covid came along with the economic consequences.  That being said It has always had above average debt.
