Rio Tinto would make a great JV partner

Rio Tinto would make a great JV partnerOr just sell them the property. Then MTX can move forward toward a Diamond mine in SA. However you look at it MTX share price will continue to rise.  Chuck is committed to bring shareholders a great return on their investment.
