More preferred than commons according to SW

More preferred than commons according to SWSo had a look at the numbers from Stock watch, and seems Quadravest expects more ATM buying of the commons, and so added more prefferds than commons in the recent offering.
20,587,861 is the number of preferreds now outstanding, and 20,048,163 is the number of commons.
Big selling today by anon and BMO holding a lid on the FFN share price .... but that will end soon, and some short covering about to start, at leat that is my guess. Am betting the shorts jumped by about 1%... which is normal after an offering.
They will be scrambling here in a few days as it gets closer to ex divvy date.
