To my knowledge mostly all of the shares a CEO has in a company is for compensation of some performance within the company. These shares are granted by the company as options. When exercsed by the CEO the options become shares and are either held or sold for the cash.

Please keep in mind that any negative downplaying posted of a company which you own shares usually results in a negative outcome for the stock in real life.

In the case of kbev we know this stock is going to go crazy in the months to come due to all the expansions in the marketplace. So maybe remain positive and buy more while its cheap. Unless you already sold high and are trying to get the stock to drop by negative posts?
