Warrants and Other Chatter
As JFH says, the warrants granted to the debt holders coming out of the debt resolution discussions are priced at ~ $.02 and can be exercised by the holders anytime in the next 8 years.

If a large sophisticated shareholder owns shares and warrants in the same Company, it can be advantageous for them to forgive legacy shares and replace them with a similar share number on a warrant basis. I have seen a few deals (other Co's) where an institution who held a large share position participated in a financing at a price that was at a premium to the current price. That underpins the share value.

Point is, this Co has some momentum in front of it.
