Vladescu (WiLan CEO) earned more cash compensation that Paul Hill. Makes sense. He is the only one that ghas actually delivered. His comp was just below target so the Board appears happy with WiLan delivering $40M cash in a year. Again, that is fair.
Interesting that 30% of Paul Hills compensation will be tied to closing transactions next year.
Looks like they held back some of the deals so that they can get paid next year and achieve their overall objectives.
That's a nice kick in Paul Hill's a*rse. Pay his direct report more than him.
Alright Paul, try to suck less this year and get paid. Toronto is expensive and you can't live the good life with only getting 60% of target.
