RE:Reminder - PPR issued 38 mil shares for Marquee acq.

RE:Reminder - PPR issued 38 mil shares for Marquee acq.Have to disagree.  The cancelled shares were replaced with 34 million 2 cent warrants.  Nearly 20% dilution of remaining common shares.  We do not know how much the Lone Pine shareholders paid for the shares that they got converted to 44 million PPR shares, but we do know that Ppr shares were worth 1.00 a share when the merger was completed on Sep 21 2016.  Cancelling the 44 million and replacing them with 34 million 2 cent warrants does not mean a whole lot.  Really just like a reduction of 10 million shares.  The real value in this is the debt restructuring.  I think GSAM is trying to save PPR from bankruptcy which would cost them at least $44 million (the value of the PPR shares when they received them.  Could be more or less depending on what the original Lone Pine shares cost.)  So for every penny they can push PPR up above 6 cents, they save $340,000.  At about $1.25 they are near even.  Hope they are successful.  If they are, all of us former Arsenal. Marquee and Lone Pine shareholders will have been bailed out as well.  Good luck.
