Will add more.LOL  man you really should learn about reits and look up the meaning ROC and things before investing ;; 100% ROC  mean no tax is the good news;; the bad news when u sell u pay capitol gain however because capitol gain is only based on 50% of the earnings its much cheaper than earned income ;;Its the only thing in Canada the scum bag liberals have so far not ruined (yet)
