about 4000 or so. the CEO and insiders own the rest through there 200M+ class B shares that are not public but can be converted to our Class A shares.
All public shares together control about 28% of Galaxy as a whole.
Many publications equate GLXY Ltd ( public ) with GLXY LP ( Novogratz and friends ).
It is confusing and set this way so Novogratz and Co. can avoid taxes somehow.
I sold Friday when i found this out -- i don't trust him.
