Insider informationIf Doug 's motive iin retiring was to sell his shares using insider information that is negative it does not protect him from being charged with profiting from insider information. He still can be charged by both the authorities and civil charges brought by sharehoders. If that is the case the result he may achieve is having the cash from his 1.4m shares eaten up in legal fees. This does not seem logical of him, so I think there is another reason for his retirement and that reason had better be forthcoming by RECO in a transparent manner.
