RE:New Royalties

RE:New Royalties

I agree that the correct course is to sell the property and use the proceeds to buy cash flowing royalties. Hopefully, the neighbouring the private silver producer will be sold to a decent size operator who will be interested in Bilbao so that it can be turned into a cash flowing royalty. Xtierra does have a current pipeline of cash flowing royalties that are under the radar of the bigger royalty companies. This is the value add like they did with Metalla when they first started.

Like Tim's Music Royalties Inc. company the royalties below the radar of the bigger companies is how Xtierra could go from $0.15 to $1. The royalties that are cash flowing is the real value. Once you pay out a dividend it puts a floor on the stock price and then it starts to trade at the 10 year treasury rate just like all the royalty peers.

I see a few scenarios playing out but I think the following needs to happen:

  • silver trades over $30/oz - the price in the 2014 feasiblity study
  • XAG proves more ounces at the Bilbao & El Cabezon from recent drill program to make it a bigger more profitable project
  • XAG announces the Letter Of Intent for the acquisition of a cash flowing royalty
  • Capstone Portree Claims NSR gets resolved

Diamond hands guys! Theses are the reasons why we all own XAG!!
