RE:RE:RE:Another Dance PartnerLOL beyond comical that data room was set up many moons ago and the inquires are stone cold. There is no partner only a distress buyer of another gov't sponsored FAILED project that will end up being 300% over cost, 5 X over due and never work properly.
Let the Chinese build and run it. They would be done a year ago on time and on budget operating at 130% of design capacity with take or pay contracts dfor nest 20 years LOL.
