In a company that has good corporate governance a CEO has to be very careful about what they say and how they behave, especially in public.   I wonder what the corporate governnance at GRB looks like? I have a very strong hunch about what it might look like.  But I will not present that opinon as a fact, because I understand the difference between them.  Even more important for the CEO of two publicly traded companies to understand the difference.
