We Are Still At The Ground Level ..."But Not For Long"For any new investors I suggest you view Dr. Hallarans last You Tube Video where he clearly lays out where Trillion is going. He is very clear that the instrinic value is $1.25 per share and that is based on the pending connection of the 4 gas pools. He is not going to sell any of his shares until "fair market value" is reached. ... Further, he states that there are 4 MORE gas pools ready to be brought on line as soon as possible. He estimates that the free cash flow will move up to @$1.8m per month from the current $0.25m per month from oil in the on shore Cedere Oil Field. He also states that he has NO intention of diluting shareholders with any excessive share offering to raise the necessary $20m usd to bring on the first 4 gas pools. The drilling company has agreed to defer their costs until we are in production and get paid from free cash flow. His next video will likely occur after the financing is announced. He also will likely ask for the company to be "re-rated" based on active gas production and increased free cash flow. He is working on having Trillion's portion of the $600m infrastructure value moved from off the books to on the books as real assets. Remember, Trillion bought the $600m assests for $2.5m with NO value assigned to the 4 platforms, infrastructure or our processing plant.
Listen to his latest video and decide if you want to be on the wrong side of what is shortly pending. GLTA
Dr. Halleran makes it clear that a news release is pending shortly. What he says below is very material and puts shareholders three steps closer to connecting the 4 gas pools and moving into production with a dramatic increase in free cash flow...
We will likely never see the 30's or 40's again....period!
In his words: the news everyone is waiting for is that:
"we have secured the financing (very soon)"
"we have signed a drilling contract" and
"secured an offshore rig" - not an easy feat
but we are very close and just working on timing and waiting for the first down payment
