NGA to LEV, Still one to one ?

the news on the 24th said that nga onwers will exchange there shares one to one for shares of LVE
that was on the 24th and the price was a bit higher.... 

does this work the same now that the price has fallen ?   

If I buy shares of  NGA  tuesday at market,  will it stil be transformed to LVE at a ratio of 1 to 1 ?
