As at December 31, 2020, $0.9 million was owed to Erdenyn Erel (December 31, 2019 - $1.5 million)
so he gets paid a salary...$12,000 USD/month, bonus and 3X salary and bonus if he quits....to not meed targets set in previous MD&A...as filed Aug 2020

The land package represents one of the largest exploration licenses in the Bayankhongor Gold Belt. The license is in a highly prospective location between and adjoining the Management’s Discussion and Analysis 11 | Page Bayan Khundii gold deposit and Altan Nar gold deposit owned by Erdene Resource Development Corporation (ERD – TSX). The Company has already commenced initial exploration activity on four previously identified gold discoveries. Trenching results should be available in the coming months and this will be followed by an active drilling program through to the end of the year.
