This is just ridiculous. There's not the slightest indication of significant shareholder dissatisfaction with the board. Is there a third-party circular out there? I'm looking for one on SEDAR and I don't see it.
I suppose there will always be some shareholder grumbling coming from somewhere. In this case from people making up grievances that have no basis in anything. Maybe the fact that the stock has dropped from $2.90 to $2.57. Blame the market.
I admit that I too am a bit perplexed by the $50,000 for Kingston. One possibility is that management is considering the possibility of some "other business" coming up at the AGM that will require a shareholder vote on the spot.
