RE:RE:RE:AGMI agree with you mrmoribund on the lack of broad shareholder dissatisfaction.

I too have been a bit perplexed by the Kingston involvement.  Your speculation on "other business" could be correct.  On the otherhand, with the pull back in institutional holdings onver the past year, thus the stock becoming even more retail investor centric, QTRH may want to avoid the optics of a substantially reduced number of votes cast compared to years prior. 

They are pushing hard.  I know that because when I wrote QTRH yesterday regarding the SCOTUS decsion on copyright and the possible extension to patents, based on the thinking behind the court's majority opinion, in the acnowledgement email, I was reminded to cast my votes.
