RE:Fully understanding Brookfield's play... Essentially what I'm suggesting is that Brookfield borrowed their way up to where they are with the hopes of aquiring this company and the hopes that they will simply pay back their shorts at the price they strike with the shareholders.

I wish there was some waver I could sign saying my shares are not available to be borrowed against. They should not be able to borrow my shares in the attempt to take over a company I've actually been invested in for the long haul and want to continue to remain invested. It's just feels wrong on many levels..
