Bummer...... then I vote for the animal contract news!

Wasn't there talk of the trial going so well they could skip to a Phase II and III after wrapping the initial one? That may have been some rhetoric from back in Atilla's days of spouting anything and everything though.

Seriously though Howard needs to drop some definitive news sooner than later- shareholders patience is worn way past thing.
