RE:RE:WellSome answers for CriticalInvestor from CEO: @afarmer The reason we are not discussing CapEx @CriticalInvestor is because the PEA will not be used to finance CapEx. The reason being we already have a producing mill with first pour on February 16th. You can visit the media section of the Novo website to access a video link of first pour. 8 from #nvo, about 2 hours ago
@afarmer The reason we are not discussing IRR @CriticalInvestor is because Novo does not have the traditional NI 43-101 resource because drilling nuggety gold from conglomerate beds does not lend itself to results that are easily verified. So, the thought was Novo has a respectable resource (as noted in the PEO). So instead of further drilling the best thing was to proceed to mine the existing resource while continuing to explore in a non-traditional fashion. There are numerous news releases discussing the extension of the existing resources for several kilometers to the source and to the east/west. That is a very large areas, indeed! 7 from #nvo, about 2 hours ago
@afarmer Further to your inquiry @CriticalInvestor, once Novo confirms the AISC and actual head grade, we still won't care about IRR because we will have a pretty good idea of cash flow so the focus will then be on earnings and earnings multiple. You might agree that earnings and earnings multiple is a better indicator than projected IRR. 5 from #nvo, about 2 hours ago
@afarmer The Beaton's Creek resource is just one of many projects being advanced by Novo in 2021, including test mining at Karratha (Comet Well and Purdy's Reward) and trial mining at Egina. The stated goal is to become a mid-tier producer in 3 years and it won't have to build any other mills. In other words, Novo will be self-funded from here on out. So cash flow is relevant (not IRR for financing). 6 from #nvo, about 2 hours ago
@afarmer I'm willing to exercise patience @sum. Am guessing we will have an idea of production (even if we don't have actual 1st quarter numbers) next week with the QH interview on J. Taylor's Turning Hard Times Into Good Times or in a Zoom call by mid-April as J. Taylor was hoping to have with QH. 6 from #nvo, about 2 hours ago
@afarmer @CriticalInvestor Novo has roughly 900k ounces at Beaton's Creek as reflected in its NI 43-101 report but is hobbled by regulations in telling us how many ounces they think they have, in total, at Beaton's Creek. Opinions vary amongst those on this channel but many think here think it is twice as much and possibly as many as 5 Mil ounces without taking into account the extension to the South and East/West. It is a big conglomerate deposit. Far more here than meets the eye and many of us here expecting lots of upside. 2 from #nvo, about an hour ago
@afarmer @CriticalInvestor Novo's mill is fully constructed (just went through a refurbishment after it was acquired with the stock of Millenium Minerals, and has obtained all permits for operation of the mill and the tailings ponds. If you want to do some due diligence I highly recommend you to read Bob Moriarty's book "What Became of the Crow https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08WJRV2W8 and The Hedgeless Horseman's (he posts here as @hhorseman), website at https://www.thehedgelesshorseman.com/ , which includes many reports on Novo Resources, including his "Egina for Dummies" and "Tip of the Iceberg", which illustrates the vastness and blue sky potential of Novo's tenements and portfolio investments. 4 from #nvo, about an hour ago
