Hut 8 Corp. is a data mining company. The Company is a vertically integrated operator of large-scale energy infrastructure and bitcoin miner. Joe, I agree with your assessment that Hut meets the criteria for nasdaq. However, the level of secrecy from management is what gives me pause. My concern now is that the shareholder base is hanging on based solely on an uplisting soon. Should that not materialize, for whatever reason, the share price is going to plummet hard. Let's hope Hut got all their ducks in a roe to ensure approval for this process
