if this had been honest. free market trading.. we woulc be sitting at .60 to 80.. then add 66 percent premium . i could take that.. but being held down to .265 add premium and we still sit below any low estimate.. your premium means nothing. as well the timing why in any aspect would you not wait for financials to get a better offer.. not as if we are broke...the whole thing is 50 shades of grey. jmho cheers
