Look back to MOTA and TBI (Thoughtful Brands) This is all the same group that is running COOL.

Would not surprise me in least that TBI and COOL will have some sort of a merger/amalgamation of some kind in the near future after they both once again have major consolidations to their shares. In my opinion, It appears this is just how this management group operates.

Good luck with this one. For myself, I wouldnt touch anything these guys are involved with. Already been burned serveral times..
