I am very dissappointed in the Board did not do their fudicary duty - this thing smells bad, rotten in fact. Shareholders not protected.
They slant the premium like it benefits shareholders- we got screwed due to the manipulation - boxed in share price.
Nothing more than us loyal shareholders who believed in the story unfolding got the shaft.
