RE:RE:Nasdaq Move Makes No Sense Well, we can only hope they don't do the following....an RS (with min. requirement of $4.00 US = ~1 for 5 RS based on current sp) & then their app for an up-listing "doesn't" get approved. Doing a risky RS in order to meet a min. $ requirement certainly doesn't assure you a Nasdaq approval.
This hasty wish to uplist definitely seems myopic imo, especially when there's no proven product scalability to date, no reported revs, & not even realistic "projected" revs reported that I'm aware of. Does such behavior reflect a company that's interested in "steady" growth, "long term" sustainability & building value for "all" shareholders, or does it reflect a company that is trying to make a quick buck for those that really matter? Unfortunately, I'm not included in those that really matter. I probably speak for most (if not all) of us.
If this goes to the Naz, I can only hope I'm able to ride on Dr. Hancock's coattails...to the point I can recoup at least a tad bigger fraction of my losses. Lesson learned. All of the above just my uneducated opinion. Best of luck to any remaining survivors.
