Great Bear Resources Ltd. is a Vancouver-based gold exploration company focused on advancing its 100% owned Dixie project in Northwestern Ontario, Canada. A significant exploration drill program is currently underway to define the mineralization within a large-scale, high-grade disseminated gold discovery made in 2019, the LP Fault. Additional exploration drilling is also in progress to expand and infill nearby high-grade gold zones, as well as to test new regional targets.

Mackie and other analysts seem to believe they have a pretty good handle on the resourse model and they update their # 's as more data becomes available.
I think GBR are doing this for very obvious reasons, at some point we are going to hit a tonnange and grade # that triggers a whole bunch of alarms all at once and the majors will be compelled to react or miss a once in a decade opportunity.
Being as transparent as possible drives the price higher whereas a NDA doesn't really serve anyone's interest, does it ?

NDAs protect the parties in a a bilateral transaction. I don't think Chris and team want to get sued for announcing Newmont or Agnico are interested in potentially acquiring GBR.
