RE:Latest Article Prior to the current PP, there are 68M shares outstanding with per SEDI, the CEO holds 24.8M or 36%. This is extremely high insider ownership for a junior mining company and tells me that the CEO is unusually committed and firmly believes in the assets. Big Mountain loan is another large commitment and that loop needs to close to clear the balance sheet for large investors to take more interest, and it is worth noting the CEO has not been trading in shares.
About 42M shares in the float and my guess is that if were to see 4.2M shares or 10% of the float w the SP would not be anywheres close to 0.17/sh. Does anyone have access to market depth? I am curious as to how many shares are available to buy without the SP going parabolic. A million dollar position might not be easily achievable based on how tight the shares are held. The PP and royalty offering are the last chance to gain a large position near the current SP.
The SP should drive up once the financings close since that will confirm that WHY is a going concern and has a solid plan to add near term value.
