Covid's grip is strong but will end

Brick and mortar retail and workplace environments will be among the last to rally. We are slowly working our way to herd immunity but as of now we are mostly shuttered.

I believe the springback will occur late in the 2H of 2021 about a year after the initial pivot in the recovery plays which started Nov of last year.

Once the lockdowns end for good and the medical community green lights us with herd immunity, I expect the last of the laggards to explode higher. Today's retail sales numbers are indicative of what is on the other side of this.
