I tend to agree. In Alberta, with 4.3% of all who have tested positive for Sars-CoV-2 ending up in the hospital (it's 2.0% for those under to age of 60), I think we'll continue to see restrictions in place until herd immunity (via vaccine or natural) is reached later this year or early next year. I believe the panic sellers have either smartened up or have left the market...anyways I also believe the market has now priced in continued restrictions for the near term.
