You are the one assuming, first of all 3BD info is on the press releases. So buying off of them is as easy as sending an email or making a call.

Second, the shares, as far as we know , have no lock up period so they could be bough by a friend of the Bros and then get dumped on the market on their behalf.

This is a big mistake the company made in their agreement ( or maybe it wasnt a mistake and intentional ? ) , the shares should have a lock in period but dont. As far as we know 3bd can sell their shares to their neighbour who in tern sells to the open market.
