Did they take a huge loss bailing all their shares and investment in Noront, yes huge loss selling to Wyloo. Having NSR involves all Noront deposits and the day anything is mined by another miner if Noront defaults and like Cliffs sells for pennies on the dollar. As far as big meeting, looks like Noront wasn't present at this meeting. 

as far as GHR, lol after his schemings while his wife was employed by KWG and China delegates and Chinarailway, there isn't 1 company/entity/CO which would let him within a 100 miles of any information and GHR knows less about what's happening regarding the ROF. Truly unfortunate that he ruined his wife's career and prospects in any other dealings as a translator. GHR was outed by KWG.
