Probably another 7 cents added to EPS to make it 14 per share. But I believe illumin is making some good inroads and is a product that will be very profitable. It just takes time before we profit as a shareholder. I don't think the Nasdaq listing will cause a significant appreciation in SH. I prefer to see organic growth in the EPS.
Q1 2021 will be a good quarter because we will return to revenue growth for the first time post pandemic. I expect even without Illumin their legacy business would do better than last year due to covid disruptions that were worse than this years. I expect a 15- 20% improvement from the $24.22 million reported last year and then I would add the $2.7 million from Illumin and I think close to $30 million in revenue. I am three standard deviations certain that Acuity will beat last years top and bottom line growth :)
I am not too concerned about short term share price but I can say we have a really good chance to be many multiples ahead in the coming years. A Nasdaq listing would help to kick start that ambition.
