But I 100% concede that this is way more important than getting your SEDI reports in on time.

This is what makes Baylin so interesting--a weird mix of, on one hand, massive potential and, on the other hand, problems and a checkered history.

One other thing. If this really is great news then it should be all the more reason to vote against the Debenture Resolution. If the company's future is now looking up then what need should there be for shareholders to give a huge chunk of the equity to debentureholders?
