RE:RE: q2 Results, RE-PostContract annoucements when material (ie. relative size to annual rev, new customers, etc.) are a leading indicator of revenues to come.
I for one would be buying on this pullback if there were such contract annoucements whether for TIMS, video surveillance or similar from other transit authorities, or the long awaited SEPTA upgrade contract. Although a lot of us are here for the long term, the lack of news on this front keeps us in a cautious position.
As for Doug's previous comments in his interviews, he hasn't been proven wrong yet as the SEPTA upgrade contract has not been awarded, the investors can always come back at anytime, and of course any fundamental news could cause the stock to gap. Eventually as time moves on one expects movement in those areas, perhaps 6 months is not enough time.
