RE:RE:RE:New Interview with Beena on Canopy Deal

RE:RE:RE:New Interview with Beena on Canopy DealThere is not another similar  LP that WEED would pay anywhere near this kind of money for Trans, all they have to do is wait, and not long, and they will have their pick...the only thing they won.t find is anywhere near the value of FIRE.

Because we are the pick of the litter today doesn't mean we can survive and do better by any material measure going forward...but we can and will do a lot worse if we nix this deal and continue to try and build our way on our own going forward. The US is legalizing and we will be in on the ground floor with WEED and the list of similar state side pot cos that we would be competing against for here on will be endless, of which we will probably see more added along the way.

Our main strength is that we now have the WEED retail resources to get us to full production in the Canadian marketplace and beyond with little to no local competition....we can manage and grow the premium quality menu we need to compete in the US, while on our own we have no chance on our as retail prices drop and competition enters from the US and off shore.

Remember Beena and BoD have a healthy stake in this company and while they are not going to sell themselves out for sure, I believe that the SHs best interest is of genuine concern and care as well....but this is business/ green and emotion is not an asset. Everyone needs to do their DD and buy.hold or sell, but to vote no witll either stangle the company over the short term and sell for less if we are on the lucky side or we get pcked up for much less by a weak player on it;s way to the bottom. JMHO....Opt

theTransporter wrote: Nobody is questioning why WEED purcahased FIRE.  The issue here is for the amount that Beena let this go for.  She fu.cked everyone by accepting a $435M valuation.  She fu.cked up everyone by helping manipulate the price to keep it supressed to be able to get away with that valuation.  She fu.cked up everyone by unecessarily raising $90M in cash and diluting the fu.ck out of the sharecount to help manipulate the price down, and to get enough shares from institutions in the know fo this deal to approve the vote through.

This deal stinks and they didn't even try and hide it.
