Favorable terms for options,debentures and warrants are holding the S/P down. I assume the corporate structure is effecting whether or not big buyers invest in the company. Although not uncommon for micro caps, it is still a drag. 

Well according to most posters on this site, and probably the same for most investors generally, the number 1 thing investors want is a "meaningful" aquisition as promised by the company. Hopefully they deliver soon.  It is a roll up, and aquisitions are number 1. 

As you say though, they may not issue news until they have their cheap options in place. 

We shall see.
