RE:RE:Quarterhill Should See Green Light For Gains

RE:RE:Quarterhill Should See Green Light For Gains The press release does not make clear what Ebitda multiple was paid. Would need the current Ebitda number (not projected number) plus info on if the corporation QTRH acquired had any debt..

Re the many comments over many months about the pace of acquisitions and the CEO's performance, ultimately the board decides wether to look for deals and whether to approve them, as well as hiring the CEO to do the more detailed work.

I got involved as Parker a bit before Parker left, but if Parker was a mistake, the Board wears that. If Hill is a mistake, ditto.

Pace of deals - be careful what you wish for. If any readers know BSM Technologies' history, you will recall that shareholder value was not improved but was reduced by overpaying for acquistions.

Bigger question - given QTRH performance over time, would you subscribe for new shares if they offered them? If "No", then why trust them to spend the existing cash to do new deals?

Cash should be paid out.
