Rogers Accepts Hell or High Water Clause

I thought Rogers was massively overpaying for Sahw and that is why I sold my shares. Now that I hear they took on this large, opened ended kind of regualrtory risk too I am REALLY glad I sold all my Rgers shares. Won't be going anywhere near Shaw or Rogers till this is all settled.
