$LYNX Announces Acquisition in Arkin Technologies

$LYNX Global has recently announced that it has signed a definitive share purchase agreement in connection with its previously disclosed acquisition of 51% equity interest in Arkin Technologies. The company will acquire 51% of equity interest in the issued and outstanding common shares of Arkin in exchange for 1,114,364 common shares of LYNX. In addition, LYNX has an option to purchase 250,000 common shares of the company entitling holders to acquire an additional 250,000 common shares of the company. Current MC is $79.57M.
