I get traumatized by takeover talk on these boards.
Most of it is bilge.

But CGP has refused 2 offers to be taken over in the last 3 - 4 years.
BOTH were rightly deemed to be insufficient.

MUCH HAS CHANGED.

1) Ecuador's political situation appears to be stabilizing.

2) SolGold's major shareholders (BHP, Newcrest, Franco Nevada, CGP, and China Copper) have agreed NOT TO PERMIT ANY NEW BIG SHAREHOLDERS.

3) SolGold's Board of Directors has ENTIRELY BEEN REPLACED WITH FOLKS WHO KNOW THEIR ONIONS!!

That said, I will, like the Ghost of Christmas Future, point you to signposts directly in front.

1) The initiator of BOTH of the previous 2 offers may revise and repeat.
