RE:stupid question but ????It's because Beena wants to be CEO of Canopy at share holders expense and she believes this pipe dream of US legalization which even in her recent pod cast she says it's not going to happen for years. It would take Kamela Harris to become president to happen. People writing on here think the senate can legalize in their own but they can't it has to be signed off by Biden. His stance on the issue is very clear . Biden may decriminalize but that keeps it all state bound .
