Unfortunately, from what has been published, it is all against DBG ever proceeding with drilling and development of a mine (many articles and references to Chad Day and the Tahltan). On the otherhand, there has been no information coming from the company indicating that DBG is moving forward to resolve these issues - why is the question.. Good Luck"
