RE:RE:Thinking of Buying. What's the dividend payout frequency?I own a few REITs that pay quarterly.  Wanted to know how long to stick with it if things go sour.

Secondly, Payout ratio is over 2X earnings at this price.

The good times ain't gonna last.

The way things are going in Ontario, at these prices they are paying you with your own money.

I don't foresee any income coming in at appropriate levels until next year.

I'll take a pass.  Stupid day traders are pumping it up the last three sessions and all it takes is a dividend cut to knock the legs out from under them.

I refuse to buy it at a premium of over two months dividends.

I'm too old for FFOMO.
