likeike, if you have rational counter-arguments to make regarding my statements,

STOP right there buddy you started by saying they were guesses. NOW they
are statements....what are they? You are confusing to me and most on this
board. Read Mega's next post.....that is a statement and shows insight into what is really going on.......a contribution....not a confusing guess Sorry you are so insecure you feel attacked but I truely think you are out to lunch if you think NFG does not want LAB. This parcel is exactly on line with NFG and was staked by Sean Ryan who is probably one of the best prospectors in the world. His work in the Yukon is legendary. He and QH are advisors and I for one would love to hear their conversations be it a fly on the wall. Your a little short on info how they can go it alone and fail to see any reasoning that could lead you to such "a feeling". IKE

Wow likeike, how deep a hole are you planning on digging yourself during this exchange....?.....pretty soon we won't be able to see you down there. Maybe you can help NFG dig at Keats - I'm sure they could use the help (provided you don't speak).

Fair warning to other readers on this board: The following may be a waste of your time as most of it will be blatantly obvious, but I happen to be in the mood to try and educate likeike on items that most of you would recognize as obvious - you've been warned.

likeike,

1) DEFINITION OF THE WORD "STATEMENT":

I don't think I'm confusing anyone who knows what the word "statement" means.

Go google the definition of the word "statement" as it appears you are unaware of its meaning (you do know how to google, don't you....?.......sorry, didn't want to sink to your level, but couldn't resist - that'll be the last one.......).

Here's the first definition of the word from Merriam-Webster:

"Something stated, such as a single declaration or remark, or a report of facts or opinions."

Thus:

A statement can be an speculation (or a "guess" as you say):
e.g. "I believe stock x will be trading at $25 or more by the end of the year."

A statement can be an opinion:
e.g. "I think Mr. Kelly is a very good physics teacher."

A statement can be a fact:
eg. "Two plus four equals six."
(I kept it simple for ya.....oops, there I go again with the jabs..........)

Thus, you making the claim that I need to decide between opinions or "guesses" and statements doesn't make any sense.

By the way, since I assume you nor anyone else posting on this BB have tapped into the NFG Board of Directors Zoom meeting calls (or whatever means the NFG Board uses to communicate) or sit in on any in-person meetings they have at their head office in Vancouver, we are ALL simply providing our observations, opinions (or "guesses" if you prefer) based on the public information provided to us, In fact, anyone who claims to know for sure what NFG will do going foward should be looked upon very skeptically in my view........

I will leave it in the hands of each reader of our posts to decide for themselves who contributes more useful or interesting information on this BB, you or I.

2) LAB:

When I stated in an earlier post that....

"
My guess is the only company NFG would be interested in eventually acquiring is LAB...."

..... you replied

"Your guessing as you call it is extremely self serving for someone that obvioulsly
has a position in LAB. Used car salesman just cannot help themselves they gotta make a sale. Why not at least come off like a Russian ...LAB GOOD.....everyone else BAD."

I might add that I followed up my initial statement on LAB above with reasons why I think it would be LAB that is acquired by NFG if indeed they acquire any company, something one might call an "educated guess", which people often make (including gold exploration companies when trying to determine where they should drill next......).

Then, after I pointed out in a subsequent post that I have no position in LAB, you did a 180-degree turn and started rambling on about why LAB would be a good company for NFG to acquire:

"
I truely (sic) think you are out to lunch if you think NFG does not want LAB. This parcel is exactly on line with NFG and was staked by Sean Ryan who is probably one of the best prospectors in the world."

Again, confusing / contradictory arguments on your part. I simply stated that I (personally) "...wouldn't want to see NFG purchase LAB  as don't think NFG needs it, especially if it's not at a bargain price". This is very different than saying NFG doesn't want LAB - they may if fact end up wanting it and acquiring it - I was just stating my personal view - you must've gotten the two mixed up (no surprise there.......).

Bottom line likeike, I really do not have any personal animosity toward you, but, in the future, may I suggest you stop, take a few breaths, and think before you post....?

One other point of clarification: I am not sayinig that LAB, SIC, NFLD, or any other Central Newfoundland gold exploration company won't eventually produce great results and returns for shareholders - I just think NFG does not need to go on any acquisition hunt given the massive number of opportunites that already lies in front of them on their own property.
