Bullish US Gas Storage Report Today

Bullish US Gas Storage Report TodayWorking gas in storage was 1,958 Bcf as of Friday, April 30, 2021, according to EIA estimates. This represents a net increase of 60 Bcf from the previous week. Stocks were 345 Bcf less than last year at this time and 61 Bcf below the five-year average of 2,019 Bcf.

Like the weather in Alberta, the gas market proves to be a tough one to predict as the Celcius Energy gang notes on their website this AM.

"Alert: For the week ending April 30, the EIA reported today that natural gas inventories increased by 60 BCF to 1958 BCF. This is 10 BCF less than my +70 BCF projected injection."

Looking good for natural gas prices to remain strong.
