RE:RE:RE:Funds might be used for BOTSWANA drillingAny oil taken from the ground within Namibia and Botswana will have major impacts on their financial futures. If reco does get to $100 per share, that alone would equal Namibia's GDP from last year. With Namibia 10% stake that gives their government a billion and a half dollar bank to work from. Their government already has a task force reviewing all the revenue streams and taxation they can possibly get in the coming years. Obviously they aren't going to get the money right away, but it's a due process, but I'm sure major banks around the world will start to funnel money to Namibia government spending .

The Botswana government is not going to stand by for the next year and play second fiddle to a Namibian development program. If Recon is as smart as I think they are, they will spend part of their cash horde on another rig and get it rerofitted and enroute to Botswana. That may not get us a Botswana well until early 2022, but having that part of the project in progress would further cement the relationship with Botswana govt. officials and eliminate most of the "complications". Exports shouldn't be a problem. Botswana will need a sizeable tank battery near the Namibian border, from which they can truck thru Namibia to the same railhead at Grootfontein enroute to Walvis Bay.
