RE:BDC bank announces $200 Million for quantum investmentsAlthough it doesn't look like the funding applies to cyber security.  Looks like they are more interested in technologies, not software:
 "$200 million will be used to accelerate the development of transformational technologies in a number of sectors including quantum, electronics, photonics, foundational AI and related fields."
