RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Boron Property License Extension news releaseCritical, the way I look at this exploration license term is we don't have to ask for an extension for any drillling at Piskanja, and we will easily meet the deadline to complete Parts 1&2 as per the new mining laws.
We are 2 years and 4 months away from the Sept 25/23 deadline and Erin has completed Part 1 and probably has already submitted to comittee for review. If no obstacles occur for us during the field work of Part 2, it will not take Erin/Temas a year to submit.
Once we obtain the Mining License after Part 2 completion, then Erin/Temas pursues the necessary blue prints and infrastructure permits for the mine site.
These proceedures and protocols are all new for us and the Mining Ministry in Serbia.
To my knowledge we are the first Company in Serbia to make the changeover from the old to the new mining laws, so we are breaking ground!
FYI, I expect the mine to be constructed late 2025, or sooner.
When our PEA was released our Mining Engineer prepared a chart labelled "Timelines for Piskanja Development after receipt of exploitation license".The projection was 25 months going into production at Piskanja, and thats what I am going by, pending delays which could occur with pandemic issues, global logistics -shipping of materials, poor weather, mechanical breakdowns, etc, etc. Cheers!
